Scope of Work

Rest easy knowing that we bring our own high-quality cleaning equipment, ensuring a thorough and comprehensive clean. Our services encompass the following:

Living and Common Areas

  • Dusting and Wiping: We meticulously dust and wipe all reachable surfaces, including baseboards, window sills, and shelves, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
  • Floor Care: We vacuum and mop all floors, ensuring a clean and fresh appearance.
  • Cobweb Removal: We pay attention to corners, removing cobwebs, and ensuring a pristine environment.
  • Window Cleaning: Interior window cleaning, including frames and sills, to let the natural light shine through.
  • Door and Door Frame Cleaning: All doors and their frames are wiped down and cleaned.
  • Light Fixtures: Cleaning of light fixtures and switches.

Kitchen

  • Countertop and Appliance Cleaning: Comprehensive cleaning of countertops, cabinets (interiors and exteriors), and all kitchen appliances .
  • Sink and Faucet Cleaning: Detailed cleaning of the sink and faucet, ensuring a gleaming finish.
  • Floor Care: Vacuuming and mopping the kitchen floor.

Bathrooms

  • Sanitization: Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces in the bathroom, including the bathtub or shower area, toilet, sink, mirrors, and fixtures.
  • Tile Cleaning: Scrubbing and cleaning wall tiles.
  • Shelf and Drawer Cleaning: Cleaning and tidying of shelves and drawers if they are empty.

Bedrooms

  • Bedroom Cleaning: Dusting and wiping all surfaces, including air conditioner exteriors, windows, frames, sills, shelves, and cabinet interiors and exteriors.
  • Floor Care: Vacuuming and mopping bedroom floors.

Additional Services

  • Appliance Cleaning: Cleaning of kitchen appliances, including the interior of the refrigerator, stove, cooker hood, and hob.
  • Disposal: Disposing of existing garbage bags and replacing them with fresh ones for a clean start.
  • Tidying: Organizing racks and drawers if they are empty.

Service Does Not Include

  • Handyman Services: We do not provide handyman services such as wall touch-ups or electrical fixes.
  • Heavy Lifting: Moving heavy items and furniture is not included in our scope of work.
  • Furniture Disposal: We do not handle the disposal of furniture.

In any circumstances resulting in Supreme Cleaners not able to carry out the agreed cleaning services, arising from factors contributed by client such as inability to access client's premises, ongoing renovation works or power outage at client's premises, the client agrees to duly pay Supreme Cleaners Pte Ltd the full sum as agreed for the services as compensation. 

  • Cleaning results varies depending on the material / conditions of the cleaning area.
  • Stain removal vary largely on duration and types of stain, including types of material determine the final outcome, some may lighten some may total remove.
  • Please note that during any upholstery or furniture's cleaning procedure, Supreme Cleaners assumes no liability for any damage that may arise if the original material is already worn out or if there is existing damage prior to our team's arrival. 
  • Supreme Cleaners assumes no liability for any damage to furniture, accessories, or injuries incurred during the moving process after safety measures have been communicated.
